The campaign promotes the organization's upcoming Cure Thirst Half Marathon &amp;amp; 5K Walk that will take place in Youngstown, Ohio on September 5, 2009. The purpose of the Cure Thirst event is to raise awareness and financial support for the construction and repair of clean water wells in African villages that do not otherwise have access to safe water.
